Carolyn has a love for family preservation and it is no accident that her organization, Jinja Pregnancy Crisis Center (JPCC) and HEAL got together. Carolyn has wisdom in keeping young girls with their babies and adds tremendous value to the James Place programs. Her 15 years of experience in the field is an asset to the board.
